These are outside of the normal classes. All are welcome. Gym members sign up at the gym. Links for non-members who would like to come along are in the description.

We work with you to get you the gains you need to complete the course, both mentally and physically.
Our gym and course are used by our boot camp and can be rented out by the hour for individual or group sessions. Personalized training is always available, and will be a consideration when selecting the routines for the obstacle course of your choice.
Wendy's Club FIT combines strength & endurance training combined with indoor/outdoor obstacles (weather permitting). We train for numerous endurance runs throughout the year.
You'lll use obstacles, strength & cardio spurts to get your endurance up for those challenging 5k's.
In-between each obstacle is a quarter mile run followed by strength and/or agility training to get your cardio and endurance up to speed. Each session last approximately an hour.
We ladder the sections and add on challenges each quarter mile run.
Obstacle Training is Saturdays at 10:45, limit 12 people. Registration first come. Register at least 2 days prior. Everyone signs a waiver.
